Where the field is
The hardware moves faster than the software around it.
New qubit technologies appear and improve every year. The layer that should make them usable, comparable and accountable has not kept pace.
Company · Mission
SoftQuantus is an Estonian deep-tech company. We work on the part of quantum computing that decides whether its results can be trusted and whether more people can use it.
Why this matters

Where the field is
New qubit technologies appear and improve every year. The layer that should make them usable, comparable and accountable has not kept pace.

What we do today
QCOS is the operating layer. QuantumLock looks after keys, licences and signing for the post-quantum move. SynapseX brings language models to the same work. Each result can carry its own record.

Where we are going
We intend to reach from the researcher’s script down to quantum control and metrology, without tying anyone to one kind of qubit. The roadmap says what is shipped and what is not.
Three barriers
A quantum result that cannot be tied to its circuit, backend and seed is an anecdote. Science and procurement both need more than that.
Each kind of quantum computer brings its own interfaces, limits and habits. Work written for one rarely travels to the next.
Data signed or encrypted today has to survive the machines of tomorrow, whatever the state of those machines this year.
