Customer Responsibilities
By using SoftQuantus products and services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- •You will not export, re-export, or transfer our products to any prohibited destination, entity, or individual.
- •You will obtain all required export licenses or authorizations before any international transfer.
- •You will not use our products for any prohibited end-use, including weapons of mass destruction, military applications in embargoed countries, or human rights abuses.
- •You will provide accurate information regarding end-users and end-use when requested.
- •You will comply with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction regarding import and use of software products.
Violation of export control regulations can result in criminal penalties, civil fines, and termination of your license to use SoftQuantus products.
Product Classification
SoftQuantus products are classified under EU export control regulations as follows:
Standard Software Products
- • QCOS (Quantum Computer Operating System): Generally not controlled
- • QuantumLock (License Management): Generally not controlled
- • SynapseX (Neural AI Framework): May require assessment for specific uses
Encryption Statement
Some SoftQuantus products incorporate encryption technology. While mass-market encryption software is generally exempt under EU regulations (Note 3 to Category 5, Part 2), customers should verify requirements for their specific use case and destination.
