Permitted Uses

- Using our trademarks to indicate compatibility with SoftQuantus products (e.g., "Works with QCOS")
- Academic or research publications discussing our technology
- News articles and press coverage about SoftQuantus
- Product reviews and comparisons
- Technical documentation referencing our APIs or SDKs
Prohibited Uses
- Using our trademarks in your company name, product name, or domain name
- Modifying, distorting, or altering our logos or visual identity
- Using our marks in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement
- Using our trademarks as verbs (e.g., "QuantumLock your code")
- Creating derivative logos or combining our marks with other symbols
- Using our trademarks on merchandise without authorization
- Registering domain names that include our trademarks
- Using our marks in social media handles without permission

Logo Usage Guidelines
Clear Space Requirements
Always maintain a minimum clear space around our logo equal to the height of the "Q" in the SoftQuantus wordmark. This ensures visibility and impact.
Minimum Size
The SoftQuantus logo should never appear smaller than 24px in height for digital applications or 10mm for print.
Color Variations
- Full color – For use on light backgrounds
- White – For use on dark or colored backgrounds
- Black – For single-color printing only

All SoftQuantus trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and graphics ("Marks") are the exclusive property of SoftQuantus innovative OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia (Registry Code: 17048927, VAT: EE102767458).
Unauthorized use of our Marks may constitute trademark infringement, unfair competition, or other violations of applicable law. We actively monitor and protect our intellectual property rights and will pursue legal action against infringers.
Nothing in these guidelines grants you any license, right, title, or interest in our Marks, other than as expressly stated herein. Any use of our Marks not expressly permitted herein requires prior written consent from SoftQuantus.
Our trademarks are protected under the laws of the European Union, Estonia, and applicable international treaties including the Madrid Protocol and the Paris Convention.
