About the Award
The EuroHPC Joint Undertaking's AI Factory programme provides European startups and research organisations with access to supercomputing infrastructure. Our allocation is on LUMI-G, the GPU resource of the LUMI supercomputer, which is hosted by CSC in Kajaani, Finland and is built on AMD Instinct MI250X GPUs.

Our Research Focus
The project is titled Scaling SynapseX LLM for Quantum-Enhanced Financial and Industrial AI. It covers the GPU training compute for SynapseX models.

This allocation directly benefits our SynapseX platform:
- SynapseX model training runs on European HPC GPU resources under this allocation
- The allocation is GPU compute for training. It does not change what QCOS executes today: CPU state-vector simulation up to 24 qubits
