About this role

AI does not create value by itself. Value is created when cost is reduced, revenue is increased, and systems are deployed at scale. Most AI companies fail because they focus on technology instead of distribution and monetization. SoftQuantus is building AI infrastructure with a clear objective: deliver lower cost per token and deploy it into real business environments. Without a strong product and business operator, there is no company.

Focus Areas

• •B2B enterprise sales and market positioning in AI infrastructure
• •SaaS and usage-based pricing models (€/token, API-based)
• •Go-to-market strategy for European enterprise and public sector
• •Converting technical capability into recurring revenue
• •Early customer development and revenue stream definition

Responsibilities

• Define a product that enterprise companies will pay for
• Structure pricing models: usage-based, API, SaaS (€/token)
• Build and execute go-to-market strategy for AI infrastructure
• Identify and develop early revenue streams
• Translate technical capabilities into clear commercial value propositions
• Position SoftQuantus at the intersection of AI infrastructure, HPC, and enterprise deployment

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales or product management
• Strong understanding of SaaS and usage-based pricing models
• Experience in AI, cloud, or infrastructure markets
• Ability to convert technical capability into recurring revenue
• Execution-oriented: revenue over vanity metrics, long-term positioning over short-term hype

Nice to Have

• ○Experience in the European enterprise or public sector market
• ○Background in API-first or infrastructure-as-a-service products
• ○Prior operator or co-founder experience at a B2B startup
• ○Network in AI, HPC, or data center industries in Europe
